Barre and Rebounding are two distinct yet complementary workout modalities that together, enhance overall fitness. Barre workouts focus on strength, stability and flexibility, often targeting smaller muscle groups through isometric movements, building lean muscle, core strength and improving posture. Rebounding provides a cardiovascular workout, enhancing endurance while while also engaging the core. The bouncing motion contributes to flexibility in the hips and spine, increased bone density and also stimulates the lymphatic system, helping to detoxify the body.
BarreBounding™️ allows participants to work all aspects of fitness in one dynamic workout, appealing to all fitness levels. The cushioned surface provides a low impact, weight bearing workout that can be done at high intensities with reduced impact on joints, Workouts range from 10 minutes to 60 minutes to accommodate all schedules and abilities.
